Booking Installations of Tracker units after a sale has been made, inbound and outbound. Liaising with Technician for customer if Technician is late or lost and vise versa . Re-booking appointments and transferring to relevant departments if lost.​

​Assisted in receiving inbound calls for FNB members, assisting with cheque and savings queries ,ensuring first call resolution regarding billing, balance inquiries, statement requests, sending Tax certificates, helping with making payments, promoting self service, helping with online and cellphone banking and after call sales a. When a customer is in the incorrect department transfer to relevant department.
